where has the time gone? music... music is a perversion of time. listening, making music is so necessary. all work and no play makes... vibrations... sound travels slower than light. the perversion of music hits the individual. the perversion of image hits the society (that is the embodiment of possible uses of time).   the word state has many meanings. this album is called state. "state your name and business." a state is also a place. a state is also a phase of matter. there are four states on this album. rawfael thuggiardo is a dense state. there are many natural resources floating down numerous rivers. arsenio is an industrial state. there are machines everywhere. it is a city state; there is work to do. there is a lot of concrete and bustling.
